Benevolence Request & Resource Guide

Turner Monumental’s Benevolence Ministry provides limited, short-term assistance to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. Because benevolence funds are limited, submission of this form does not guarantee assistance.

Requests are reviewed by the Turner Monumental Benevolence Committee, which has sole discretion to approve, deny, or modify a request based on demonstrated need, available funds, church policy, and other relevant circumstances. Benevolence decisions are made by the committee and not by the Senior Pastor.

Assistance is subject to a maximum amount established by church policy, and priority is generally given to members of Turner Monumental A.M.E. Church. When appropriate, applicants may also be referred to community organizations better equipped to provide ongoing or specialized assistance.
